The Liberty Belle is a gorgeous New Orleans Riverboat kind of thing… It’s 4 levels with lots of places to roam and wander.. It also has the most places to disappear and hook up discretely. Is the boat handicap accessible? It is accessible in a limited capacity. The staff will always try their best to help you to meet your needs.

I’m concerned about the smoking law in NYC. Absolutely, but on the outdoor decks only. Cigars and cloves are not encouraged though, the resulting fumes tend to confuse people.
